Pet Policy

  • Breed Restrictions Apply  
  • 2-Pet Maximum per Apartment  
  • $350 Nonrefundable Pet Fee per Pet 
  • Monthly Pet Rent is $35 per Pet per Month 

Dog Breed Restrictions: Doberman Pinscher, German Pinscher, Great Dane, Mastiff breeds, Staffordshire Terrier breeds (aka PitBull), Chow Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Dogo Argentino, Alaskan Malamute, Cane Corso, Akita, Shar-Pei, Wolf-Hybrid , Pitbull (generic/layman breed name).
